Senior Mat & Chair Yoga

Yoga poses are guided while sitting, standing, and on the floor. Modified poses are offered to all for typical aging conditions. This class is designed for seniors 60+ who wish to safely participate in standing and floor poses and want to receive the benefits of a regular yoga class. All ages welcome. All classes are Live-Streamed Online Zoom.
Beginner Kripalu Yoga

Beginner Yoga focuses on alignment, breath and awareness for a stress reducing and meditative approach to yoga practice. Kripalu yoga is often called Meditation in Motion. Each class ends with a deliciously deep relaxation. You need it more than you know. All classes are Live-Streamed Online Zoom.
Moderate Kripalu Yoga

Moderate Yoga offers strengthening and flexibility through a wider range of poses for continuing students. Explore willful surrender through holding to tolerance and beyond. Develop concentration and focus. Spontaneous flow is encouraged. All classes are Live-Streamed Online Zoom.

Use this time to receive expert instruction perfect for you or a small group. Yoga is best practiced on a regular basis. You can use an appointment as a class time, an evaluation of which group class(es) are best for you, to discover which modifications will help you get the most out of your practice, or to grow your individual, at home practice.
