Not a Full Pose Day

Only 20 minutes of yoga this morning.  Everything was a little sore and achy, nothing was easy.  I felt much better at the end of 20 minutes than I did going into the 20 minutes.


I looked for tight places and tried a pose, then figured out I had to warm up a bit to it before I could  attempt the pose safely.  For instance, I was sitting on the floor and had the inkling that pidgeon pose would feel good.  I hadn't done it in a few days.  As I started to move from table towards pidgeon, I realized that I was not ready.  I lied down and did periformas stretch first.  Then back up to  an easy pidgeon, eventually lifting my torso into the pose, not fully though. 


Today was not a full pose day..  But I feel good now.
