Summer Practice - Sequence 1 Modified

Practice this sequence anytime anywhere, even wearing a skirt (probably not a pencil skirt).  It has been modified so that each standing pose is not intense.  If you need further modification, keep the knees soft or even bent. It's about a 2 minute video.  You can hold much longer in each pose if you like or move gently through the sequence again and again.

Warrior 1

Warrior 2

Side Angle




Repeat other side.
